Man United 1 vs. 1 Everton
This was going to be the real test for Ole and co after beating Tottenham and United and they did not pass with flying colours as they returned back to form with Everton picking up a point when they should have picked three. Lindelof scored an own goal in the 36th minute to give Everton the lead although there was little he could have done about it and it took Greenwood to come off the bench and score in the 77th minute for United to save a point. Everton drop down to 16th with the point while United drop down into 6th with Spurs going above them.
Wolverhampton 1 vs. 2 Tottenham
A tough game for both teams but Mourinho made it 4 wins out of 5 with a late late winner. Moura gave Spurs the lead in the 8th minute but Tottenham were not able to capitalise as Wolves grew into the game. Wolves drop into 8th with the loss while Spurs climb up to 5th and now only 3 points behind Chelsea who are 4th. Quite a turnaround.
Arsenal 0 vs. 3 Man City
City were never going to lose two games in a row and they did not as De Bruyne and his team easily dispatched of the Gunners. De Bruyne opened the scoring in the 2nd minute and while Arsenal showed some threat Sterling doubled the lead in the 15th minute. De Bruyne then added a 3rd in the 40th minute and could have completed a first half hattrick if it were not for Leno. The 2nd half saw no action as City were happy with the result.
